What I Do

CTS works with companies, organizations, and individuals to lessen the burden of poorly managed conflict, whether that burden be in the form of lost revenues, damaged working relationships, or lessened productivity.

We do this by providing individual and team conflict coaching and mentoring, training to enhance conflict management and prevention skills, mediation services, leadership development training and mentoring, facilitation services, and organizational consulting.

Unlike most organizational development firms that work with conflict management as an “add on”, or mediation firms that only work with the immediate conflict situation, CMS provides a comprehensive approach to conflict transformation by identifying its source(s) and offering interventions, training, individual and team coaching, and conflict systems design consultation to enhance employees’ conflict management skills and to build organizational systems that promote conflict prevention, early identification, and constructive resolution.
